Objective
Adenstar Developments required drainage solutions for a large development at Sussex University where traditional soakaway methods were not feasible.
About the project
Nicholls were contacted by Adenstar Developments to install 25 deep bore soakaways at Sussex University as part of their campus development programme.
The deep bore soakaways provided an effective drainage solution for surface water where traditional crate or herringbone soakaway systems were not practical due to site constraints and surface geology.
Our team used advanced drilling technology to construct the soakaways quickly and efficiently, minimising disruption to the university campus.
