Objective

The client wanted a sustainable, long-lasting renewable energy heating system as part of an extensive high-end refurbishment of their Grade II listed country farmhouse in Surrey.

About the project

As part of an extensive refurbishment, our client wanted to be as sustainable as possible with the installation of a long-lasting renewable energy heating system for their Grade II listed Surrey farmhouse.

Nicholls designed and installed two independent GSHP systems for different areas of the property. The installation was carried out sensitively to respect the listed building status. The client continues to benefit from a 7 year warranty and ongoing service & maintenance contract.

Nicholls provided an excellent service from start to finish. We were particularly impressed with their attitude and work ethic — nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were a joy to work with.
